BCGame Pakistan – Terms and Conditions for All Players

1 Introduction

Welcome to BCGame. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and BCGame, the operator of bcgame-win.net ("BCGame", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the BCGame platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use BCGame's services.

BCGame provides online casino games, sports betting, live casino, esports betting and related entertainment services to eligible Pakistani players via the bcgame-win.net website. These Terms apply to all games, promotions, bonus offers, payment transactions and communications conducted through the BCGame platform. Supplementary rules — such as individual game rules, specific promotion terms and the BCGame Privacy Policy — are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create a BCGame account and use BCGame's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BCGame does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise legally permitted to use BCGame's services.
• You must be registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an existing BCGame account. Only one account per player is allowed.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from BCGame for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Pakistani law.

When registering, you are required to provide your Pakistani mobile number, a secure password and any additional information BCGame requests to complete verification. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current and complete. BCGame reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual without providing a reason.

BCGame may at any stage require you to provide supporting documents to verify your identity (CNIC or equivalent), your age, your address, and your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Your BCGame account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that takes place through your account. BCGame strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password and that you do not share your login credentials with anyone else under any circumstances.

BCGame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact BCGame's support team immediately so that your account can be secured. BCGame may take steps to investigate any suspected unauthorised access, which may include temporarily suspending the account.

Each BCGame account is linked to one verified Pakistani mobile number. If you lose access to your registered mobile number, contact BCGame support immediately to initiate the account recovery process. BCGame reserves the right to request identity verification before restoring access to any account.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

BCGame accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. BCGame does not accept deposits via any payment method not listed on the BCGame deposit page at the time of the transaction.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically credit to your BCGame wallet instantly.
• IBFT transfers may take up to one working day to reflect depending on your bank.
• BCGame does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

BCGame reserves the right to return deposits to their source and close accounts if it is found that funds originated from a payment account not belonging to the registered BCGame account holder, or if there is any suspicion of fraud or misuse. BCGame may also place temporary holds on deposits pending verification checks without providing advance notice.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on BCGame are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to operational considerations. BCGame does not process withdrawals to payment accounts in third-party names. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by BCGame's payments team and are typically processed within the following timeframes for verified accounts:

• Easypaisa & JazzCash: same day in most cases, up to 24 hours.
• NayaPay & SadaPay: same day in most cases, up to 24 hours.
• IBFT bank transfer: 1–3 working days depending on receiving bank.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–5 working days depending on card issuer.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your BCGame account must be fully verified. BCGame may request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain amounts or where unusual account activity has been observed. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable limits are displayed on the BCGame withdrawal page and are subject to change.

6 Sports Betting Rules

BCGame's sports betting section — covering cricket, PSL, football, esports and other sports — is governed by a set of standard betting rules in addition to these general Terms. The following principles apply to all sports bets placed on BCGame:

• All bets are accepted at BCGame's discretion. BCGame reserves the right to refuse or limit bets from any account.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted on BCGame, it cannot be cancelled or altered by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available.
• If a match or event is postponed before it commences, BCGame will void the bet and return the stake to the player's wallet.
• If a match is abandoned mid-play, markets that have a settled result at the point of abandonment will be paid. Undecided markets will be voided.
• In-play (live) betting markets on BCGame close automatically when a match event triggers a market suspension. Any bets placed during a suspension will be voided.
• The minimum single bet on BCGame is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the betslip.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. A void selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs.

BCGame's sports betting results are determined by official competition results from the relevant governing bodies. BCGame is not responsible for errors in live score or odds feeds caused by third-party data providers, though BCGame will take reasonable steps to resolve any settlement errors promptly when identified.

7 Casino and Games Rules

BCGame's casino section — including jackpot slots, fishing games, Teen Patti, live baccarat, Andar Bahar and other titles — is provided by licensed third-party game software providers. Each game is subject to its own set of rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and paylines displayed within the game interface.

BCGame does not manipulate the outcome of any casino game. All titles available on BCGame use certified random number generators (RNG) or, for live dealer games, real physical elements under casino supervision. RTP percentages for individual games are provided by the respective game providers and are audited independently.

In the event of a technical failure mid-game — such as a connection loss or a game software error — BCGame will take reasonable steps to settle the affected round based on game state data available at the time of the failure. If settlement cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned. BCGame will not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside of BCGame's direct control.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

BCGame offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses and event-specific promotions. All BCGame bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• BCGame bonuses are intended for personal use by the registered account holder only. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Each bonus offer specifies a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and an expiry timeframe. These details are stated on the BCGame Promotions page and must be met in full.
• Wagering requirements on BCGame bonuses must typically be completed within 7–30 days of the bonus being credited, depending on the specific offer. Refer to individual promotion terms for the applicable period.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on excluded games or markets do not count towards wagering requirements.
• BCGame reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel a promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Players who BCGame determines to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using patterned low-risk wagering strategies specifically to clear bonuses, or coordinating bonus use with other players — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.

BCGame's welcome bonus offers are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Existing players are not eligible for the welcome bonus. All promotional amounts are expressed in PKR. BCGame's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

9 Responsible Gaming

BCGame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to preventing problem gambling within Pakistan's online gaming community. BCGame provides the following responsible gaming tools that all players can access from their account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR limits on how much you can deposit into your BCGame account.
• Loss limits — set a PKR threshold for acceptable losses in a given period. BCGame will prevent further deposits once the limit is reached.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a chosen playing duration to remind you how long you have been active on BCGame.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your ability to deposit and bet for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. The account remains open but inactive during this period.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or semi-permanently close your BCGame account. Contact BCGame support to initiate self-exclusion. BCGame activates all self-exclusion requests immediately upon receiving them.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BCGame and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one BCGame account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any stage of account verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained or unauthorised payment methods to deposit on BCGame.
• Money laundering or using BCGame for any transaction that is connected to the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or other technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous odds price or game malfunction will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with BCGame's platform in an automated manner.
• Collusion with other players in any game that could unfairly affect outcomes.
• Any activity that BCGame reasonably determines constitutes fraud, cheating or an attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

BCGame reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, for any of the following reasons among others: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10, or at BCGame's sole discretion for any legitimate business reason.

If your account is suspended, BCGame will communicate the reason for the suspension to the extent possible. Any real-money balance held in a suspended account will be withheld pending investigation. Where BCGame determines that a player has acted in breach of these Terms, all bonuses, bonus-derived winnings and pending withdrawals may be forfeited. Real deposits may be returned at BCGame's discretion, minus any amounts offset against losses, administrative costs or charges related to the breach.

Players who wish to close their own BCGame account voluntarily can do so by contacting BCGame support. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within standard processing times, subject to pending verification requirements being met first. Voluntarily closed accounts cannot be reopened by the player — a new account would need to be created subject to standard eligibility checks.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the BCGame platform — including but not limited to the BCGame brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, promotional materials and data — is the intellectual property of BCGame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use BCGame's platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any BCGame content without prior written permission from BCGame. Any unauthorised use of BCGame's intellectual property will result in account termination and may be subject to legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

BCGame provides its services on an "as available" basis. While BCGame makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, BCGame does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times. BCGame will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or delays in processing deposits or withdrawals where those events are outside BCGame's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BCGame's total liability to any player arising from these Terms or from use of the BCGame platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Pakistani consumer law.

14 Privacy and Data

BCGame collects and processes personal data in accordance with the BCGame Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By creating a BCGame account, you consent to BCGame collecting and processing your personal data as described in that policy.

The types of data BCGame collects include registration information (name, mobile number), payment information, device and browser data, and betting and gaming activity. BCGame uses this data to operate the platform, verify accounts, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and, where you have opted in, to send you promotional communications. BCGame does not sell your personal data to third parties. BCGame may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities as required.

15 Changes to These Terms

BCGame may update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BCGame will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of BCGame after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using BCGame and may request account closure via the support team. BCGame encourages all players to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect their use of the platform.
